TI House is designed to focus on its central courtyard to offer privacy to the owners. Upon entering the inner courtyard, the kids and the main pool become the central attraction of the house while all private rooms around the house face this area, ensuring privacy from the street.

The seating area around the main corridor has a special view of the inner courtyard, giving additional space to rest with a beautiful direct view of the swimming pool.

On the other side of the house, the pool overflows to the reflecting pond on the ground floor, becoming the backdrop of the family office room. Water elements give a special touch to the house as a whole.
