JS House appears with a solid travertine mass carved with bold horizontal lines creates a different impression, simple yet luxurious. The main focus of this house is the central courtyard which plays an important role as a transition area that connects the main house to the extension area on the Eastside. While the extension area is yet to be built, this courtyard functions as a visual bridge to the garden and expedites natural airflow and daylight to the main house.

The ground floor functioned as a service area, garage, and wine cellar. The stairs’ area is used as a zoning divider. After entering the corridor, we are welcomed with a spacious living and dining area. With different floor leveling, this living and dining area has a more luxurious feel compared to other areas of this house. Both areas surround and have direct access to the courtyard.
