JA House is a study of clean lines and contrasting materials. The entrance foyer is at the garage level, which in reality, will be used much more frequently than the typical 'front door' and therefore should be an integral part of the house design.

The private swimming pool is tucked behind overlapping vertical and horizontal planes and can be seen directly from the luxurious living room. A revolving screen is used to enable the owners to open or close the pool area.
